New GameReplays.org 1v1 Tournament

GR.org tournaments always make for some great competition and great replays. Whether you're going to enter or just sit on the sidelines and watch like me, this is going to be a great event. Here is the announcement:

"Company of Heroes Tournament XIV will be a 128-player, single elimination, 1v1 tournament that will take place on February 20th, 21st, and 22nd, 2010. The first six Rounds will be played in a best-of-three format, culminating in an epic Championship Final that will be, for the second time, a best-of-five!" - GameReplays.org

Prize money is up for grabs in this event, and you do have some time to practice up since it won't be until February 20 that things get underway. For complete information on how to sign-up and prizing, visit the tournament announcement page at GameReplays.org.

Company of Heroes Server Issues

Update #3
The Company of Heroes server is now back online.

We are continuing to work with Quazal on the server - apparently the restart did not correct the issues that we have been seeing. We'll continue to try and keep you all posted on our progress.

We have heard back from Quazal that they are currently restarting our server and hope to have it back up and running again shortly. Thank you for your patience.

Those of you trying to play right now are no doubt aware that the Company of Heroes server is not in a good state. We've notified our server host, Quazal, and hope that they can have the problem fixed soon. We'll keep you posted with any updates that we get.

GR.org: US Army Field Manual #1

SayNoToStim has posted the first installment in what promises to be an extensive guide for American players. Available at GR.org, US Army Field Manual #1 covers opening build orders when facing off against a Wehrmacht opponent:
